About the conference
AIMC 2026 is organized by the Department of Economics and Finance, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. The conference features dedicated tracks in Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Strategy & Entrepreneurship — offering participants an opportunity to engage with contemporary research, emerging trends, and real-world business challenges through keynote sessions, technical paper presentations, and scholarly interactions.

Conference tracks
Three focused tracks cover the full breadth of contemporary management research. Sub-themes listed are indicative — submissions addressing any contemporary management issues and emerging trends are welcome.

Submission guidelines
All submissions undergo an initial desk review followed by two double-blind peer reviews. Only papers passing both the conference and publisher review will be included in the proceedings volume.
- Each author may submit only one paper, but may appear as co-author on multiple papers.
- Papers must be original and unpublished. Full papers should be more than 6,000 words (preferred); extended abstracts of at least 1,000 words are also accepted.
- Papers must not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere.
- Reuse of published material must be minimal, fully explained, and appropriately permitted.
- All reviews are double-blind — ensure all author identifying details are removed from the manuscript.
- Papers not accommodated in technical sessions may be considered for the poster session — indicate your preference at submission.
- Submit a PDF version only via the official submission link. Papers sent via emails will not be considered.
- All contributing authors must be named; all conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
- Authors must ensure the submitted work is free of plagiarism, fabrication, data duplication, and scientific misconduct.
- The corresponding author is the sole point of contact. No substantial changes to content or authorship order will be permitted after acceptance.

About the department
Department of Economics & Finance, BITS Pilani – Hyderabad Campus
The Department of Economics and Finance offers MSc (Hons) Economics as a first degree, three minor programs (Finance, Management, and Computational Economics), and a Ph.D. program. The diversity of faculty specializations promotes multi-faceted research and brings depth to all courses. The teaching methodology builds strong conceptual foundations with a continuous emphasis on real-life applications across Economics, Finance, and Management.
About BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus
One of India's top technical and science universities
Established in 2008, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus spans 200 acres of lush greenery in Jawahar Nagar, Hyderabad. The campus is equipped with modern laboratories, lecture theatres, a student activity center, auditorium, playgrounds, and advanced ICT infrastructure. Located 70 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and 27 km from Secunderabad railway station, the campus is easily accessible via public transport. Currently around 65 research projects are in progress, supported by prominent Indian and international funding agencies.
